Kissimmee, FL. (July 17) — Osceola Community Health Services (OCHS) donated 200 brand-new art frames to the Osceola School of the Arts and the Osceola Library at Hart Memorial Central Library. Students and community members participating in art programs at the school and library will use the frames for their projects.
“We are excited to give back to the community by supporting the display of creative art throughout Osceola County.” said Dr. Belinda Johnson-Cornett, Osceola Community Health Services Chief Executive Officer. "The art frames will allow the students and community members to showcase their creativity through self- expression and reflection. At Osceola Community Health Services, we believe art is an expression of life, and promotes health and wellbeing. Our mission is to improve the health outcomes of the citizens of Osceola County by supporting the whole person."
"We are very appreciative of the generous donation of the 150 poster-size frames," said Dennis Neal, Principal of Osceola County School of the Arts. As a school for the arts, we have multiple uses for these throughout our arts programs and for school-wide productions. Our thanks go out to Osceola Community Health Services!"
"On behalf of the Osceola Library System, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to Osceola Community Health Services for their generous donation of art frames," said Erika Pacheco, Outreach Specialist for The Osceola Library at Hart Memorial Central Library. "The support received from Osceola Community Health Services enriches our programs and helps The Osceola Library inspire creativity in all who visit our library. We are truly thankful for this invaluable contribution and the positive impact it will have on our community."
The art frames, generously donated by Osceola Community Health Services, are not just any frames. These versatile black wooden, 24x36 frames are suitable for both vertical and horizontal display, making them ideal for a wide range of art programs. OCHS will also be showcasing several pieces of the created art at clinic locations around Osceola County, further extending the impact of this generous donation.
